Grouplessons:
In our group training sessions, we focus on the fundamentals of calisthenics. You’ll work on strengthening your pull-ups, dips, and other core exercises. This not only helps you build strength but also takes you step by step toward achieving your personal goals.
One of the primary objectives of our group training is to improve your overall fitness. Additionally, we place great emphasis on creating a fun and supportive community. Training alongside others provides extra motivation and enjoyment.
All group training sessions are held at Darwin Park in Zaandam at the following times:
- Tuesdays: 19:00 - 20:00
- Thursdays: 19:00 - 20:00
*We offer a free trial lesson for group sessions.

Coaching is ideal for those who already train at the gym and want to take their progress to the next level with well-structured and effective training plans. Calisthenics Zaanstad offers personalized programs designed to help you achieve your goals, whether you’re just starting out or already an advanced athlete. As part of the coaching program, you’ll also be added to our close-knit NXT LEVEL community of fellow calisthenics athletes who are also following coaching plans. This gives you the opportunity to train together, share experiences, and motivate each other. You’ll work with a plan tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring your training is always efficient and goal-oriented.
